Clary Sage, organically grown in India, is the premier women's health oil. Its antispasmotic qualities make it a must for managing menstrual cramping associated with menses. It can also stimulate menses for those who have a scant or delayed menses. There is evidence to suggest that it has a regulating effect on the pituitary gland, and therefore useful when addressing issues related to menopause, like hot flashes, mood dysregulation, insomnia...
Grapefruit, organically grown in South Africa, it is a digestive stimulant, diuretic and also stimulating to lymph fluids. It can be help reduce edema and cellulite.
- AroMed's lavender is organically grown in India, and is valuable for relieving premenstrual tension and pain. It can reduce anxiety, aid sleeplessness and uplift the spirit.
Palmarosa, also organically grown in India, is calming and also has the added bonus of being hydrating to dry, undernourished skin.
Geranium is particularly helpful where fluctuating hormones are a problem, like PMS and menopause. It has a regulating and balancing effect on the adrenal cortex according to Battaglia. It also is very balancing to the skin! AroMed's geranium is organically grown in Northern India.
Rose absolute - just a small amount of the rose absolute rounds out and elevates the aroma of this blend...this blend is a combination of flowers/herbs/grasses and citrus that really hits the mark. Balance is an AroMed top seller not only for its therapeutic properties, but because it smells like a high end perfume.

- Pure essential oil synergy in 10 mL bottle
- In 10 mL roller bottle in jojoba oil
- In personal nasal inhaler
Usage tips - Add 12 drops of the pure oil synergy in 1 ounce of water in spray bottle, and use as needed. Add blend to bath salts for a relaxing, balancing nighttime bath. Add 18 drops to 1 ounce of jojoba and massage on abdomen for cramping. (Also, putting a hot water bottle over the area can increase blood flow and absorption)
