German Chamomile - AroMeds Matricaria recutita is organically grown in Nepal. The flowering tops are steam distilled. The plant is in the compositae or asteraceae families. The oil is a middle/base note with a strong, bitter, herbaceous aroma.

Blends well with- citruses, geranium, lavender, patchouli, frankincense, myrrh, helichyrsum, palmarosa
Notes of interest- German Chamomile is powerful yet gentle, considered safe for children when appropriately diluted (5-6 drops per 1 ounce carrier)
Modes of Application- massage, compress, bath, salve, direct inhalation, diffuser, steam inhalation, skin care
Safety data- Skin sensitization possible if using old and/or oxidized oils. Essential Oils are typically used externally through inhalation and topical application while properly diluted. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified aromatherapy practitioner to address a specific health need, for a specified amount of time. Keep away from children and pets.
